When you request a ride with NightCrew Designated Drivers Inc., we dispatch two licensed, insured drivers. One driver operates your personal vehicle and takes you to your destination, while the second follows to retrieve their teammate.

PLEASE BE AWARE that your reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until a dispatcher phones you to confirm.
NOTE: Please book at least 6 hours in advance to use our online booking form.
Once your ride is booked.
NightCrew Designated Drivers Inc. operates 7 days a week, including late nights and weekends. Whether it's a spontaneous night out or a scheduled event, you can count on us to get you home safely.
1. You will receive a confirmation text message “Your ride from (location) is scheduled for (date and time).
When a driver is assigned to you, you will receive a message on your cell phone containing all the details of your ride INCLUDING the name and cell phone number for your driver.
From this point on, you are welcome to communicate directly with your driver.
3. When your driver is on route, you will receive a message on your cell phone with the update “Your driver is on the way. (Do not reply).”
Your drivers will call/text you with their ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) if different then the scheduled pick up time.
4. You will receive a text message from the dispatch system when your drivers arrive. Your drivers will call you to arrange where to meet.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee if you cancel your ride with in 1 hour of the booked pick up time. If you wish to cancel your ride in less then 1 hour of the scheduled pick up time, or your driver has already arrived, you will be charged a $60 cancellation fee.
5. Help our drivers stay on schedule. Please be ready to leave when your drivers arrive.
Once your drivers arrive, there is a “5 minute grace period” to get underway. After 5 minutes, the drivers will be required to begin adding “wait time” of $2.00 per minute.
We do not want to charge you for waiting time but we do want to stay on schedule.
Be a responsible drinker. Plan how you’re going to get home safely, before you start drinking.

What is a designated driver service?
A designated driver service ensures you and your vehicle get home safely. We send a professional team of two drivers to drive you in your own car home when you are unable or prefer not to drive yourself.
When should I use a designated driver service?
Our service is ideal after social events, dinner outings, medical appointments, or any situation where you need a safe ride home in your own vehicle.
How do I book a designated driver?
You can book by phone, or by requesting a ride quote, or you can simply book a ride via our website. We recommend booking in advance, but last-minute service may be available depending on demand.
Can you drive my car if it’s a manual transmission?
Yes, we have drivers trained in both automatic and manual transmissions. Just let us know at the time of booking.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and insured to operate your vehicle responsibly.
Do you provide service for events or group bookings?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple designated drivers for weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Get a ride quote from us to arrange group service.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is based on distance, time of day, and service type. Flat rates may apply for common routes. There is a $50 minimum call out fee. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Do I need to be in the car during service?
Yes. This service is for transporting you in your vehicle to your destination safely.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are accepted with advance notice. A small fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Do you provide service late at night?
Absolutely! we offer evening and late-night service - ideal for safe rides home after social events.
Is tipping the driver expected?
Tipping is not required but is always appreciated for excellent service.
Can you drive my car home and then get back to your location?
Yes. Our drivers arrive as a team: one drives you and your vehicle, while the second follows to pick up the driver afterward.
Can I schedule recurring designated driver service?
Yes. We offer recurring bookings for clients needing regular assistance - for example, weekly medical appointments or evening outings.
